He is a very busy businessman, soccer enthusiast - now coach, loving husband to and now aesthetic KING!

You can completely change your life in 6 months, this is all it took Hayden.

We took advantage of ‘momentum’ in changing body composition. Hayden was very compliant with his meal plan and as a result each week his results were maximised.

Stringing multiple 100% weeks together, meal prepping on the BBQ, now heating up his food with this nifty Amazon car food heater. It’s a pure example of small tweaks to your process to get you really enjoying your process and eating for performance in the gym is a fantastic frame to do it.

Personal best lifting every week measured in Recomposer. Upper body is a clear strength for this king, 100 for 14 is phenomenal strength.

We haven’t done a ‘cut’ and have only increase Hayden’s food. It’s all high quality whole foods, with 50% of calories coming from protein. Works a treat :)

A few weeks ago fat loss stalled, I was happy with Hayden’s training performances so I gave him more food. And guess what? Body fat started to move. It’s not all about the calorie deficit. I hope these posts explain how.

My bro I am very proud of you. Just the beginning! Oh and there was a couple weekends away and trips in there to make it ‘not the right time’ but this man found a way 💪👌🦍

August 2024
Body Fat - 81.7MM (9 sites)
Weight - 90.4KG

March 2025 (7 months together)
Body Fat - 84.8MM (9 sites)
Weight - 93.6KG great starting position

Metabolism boosting and lean gain phase ⬆️ 3.2KG and barely any fat gain.
Goal in this phase was to build muscle and metabolism speed to make the cut easier and mean we don’t have to take calories very low.

END - Photoshoot day! 16th August 2025 - 5 months after cut start. (12 months together)
Body Fat - 45MM across 9 sites
Weight - 84.2KG
Strength went UP this entire ‘cut’ showing muscle retention/gain during this cut phase.

🔥 Deadlift (conventional deadstop) - 185 X 16!
🔥 Bench - 110KG X 18!
🔥 BB Shoulder Press - 80KG X 14

James set the goal of working toward a photoshoot, he wasn’t in a rush and had a good base of training behind him.
