In 2020 I had my first bad lower lumbar injury with a buldged disc. Since then, I have suffered severe wear and tear over the years worsening my conditon and resulting in permanent damage. I live my life with Chronic Pain, and it affects my everyday life and activities. Resulting in restricted movement, restricted ADL's, insomnia, mood swings and lumbar pain extending down my leg.

I have had many CT scans, MRI's, Injections, Physiotherapy, and Medication everyday.
However, Inspite of the pain, I endeavour to continue my dream and love for art. Painting for healing and mental health.
