Looking for someone to help grow a Melbourne startup

I run PoopZero, a subscription-based dog waste removal service in Melbourne, and I’m looking for someone reliable to help operate and grow the business while I focus on building the software platform behind it.

The role:
🐾 Visit homes weekly
🐾 Dog waste removal + deodorising
🐾 Flexible hours
🐾 Outdoor work
🐾 Revenue-share based

Initially:
• Vehicle provided
• Fuel covered
• Equipment supplied
• Existing customers provided

At the moment this is best suited as a side-income role while the customer base continues growing. The income will increase as more recurring customers are added, and there is real opportunity for someone reliable who wants to help grow the business long-term.
