This is not just about Palestine voters.
This is not just about refugee advocates.
This is not just about environmental voters.

This is about everyone.

Because if the far right can create fake, compassionate-sounding parties to trick people into voting against their own values, they are not doing politics.

They are running a scam.

They are using words like refugees, Palestine, Muslim votes and environment as bait then using Victoria’s broken group voting ticket system to funnel preferences where voters never intended them to go.

That is not democracy.
That is deception.

And if this does not show you how low One Nation and far-right operators are willing to go, what will?

They tell you they care about “family values.”
They tell you they care about “ordinary Australians.”
They tell you they are protecting people from whatever invasion they are fearmongering about this week.

But behind the curtain?
It is a business model.
A pyramid scheme played through our voting system.
A con job dressed up as democracy.

They are not only trying to cheat progressive voters.
They are trying to cheat you.

So yes, be angry.
Ask questions.
Ask every candidate who benefits from this system why they are comfortable winning through deception.

Victoria must close this loophole.
