A Divine Feminine Fitness class based on GC moves and ‘groovy’ music!
10:30-11:00 - Morning Tea
11:00-1:00 - Indian Styling
A fun workshop learning a variety of GC and Richelles Indian Styling moves put into a fun choreography!
***Moves are all based on GC format, if you don’t have much GC experience I recommend coming to the Tribal Grooves class before doing this workshop.

We will be exploring all of our GC shimmy moves and variations, combining with fun duet orbits!
***workshop moves are all based on Global Caravan format, if you don’t have much GC experience I recommend coming to the Tribal Grooves class before doing this workshop.
