Victoria is dealing comprehensively with the risk of combustible cladding on residential buildings, with 93% of the job now done. This includes more than 1,500 buildings, 76,000 individual homes and 145,000 Victorians who are safer as a result. We’ll complete our world-leading program in 2026.
More than 1500 buildings in our program have now been resolved, safer from the risk of combustible cladding.
90% of the job is now done, with 1500 buildings in total resolved, including more than 400 higher-risk buildings where cladding removal and replacement works are now complete.
We've made great progress to date, with more than 70,000 individual Victorian homes now safer from the risk of combustible cladding thanks to our program.
