BLANCA | June Site Update
Another productive month on site at Blanca, with the team continuing to build strong momentum across the project.

What we saw in June…
• The preparation and Pour of Level 1 slab
• Service trades commenced in basement
• Blockwork commenced on level 1

It’s great to see the work of our team and trades coming together as the structure continues to rise.

BEHIND THE BUILD | FINAL TOUCHES
The last few weeks of a build are where the detail really counts.

At AMD, the site gets walked multiple times a day during this stage, checking completed work, identifying what still needs attention, and programming what comes next. When issues are found, the right trades are organised and it gets sorted. No shortcuts, no surprises left for handover.

Client transparency runs through the whole process. The goal isn’t just a finished building, it’s a client who feels confident in every detail from the moment they walk through the door. Proud of the space, comfortable with how it was delivered, and excited about what comes next.

That’s the standard every AMD project is held to.

MEET THE TEAM | RYAN
Nearly two years with AMD and Ryan hasn’t looked back.

A carpenter by trade, his days on site range from framing to fixing out, detailed, hands-on work that suits someone who takes pride in getting it right. That interest started back in school woodwork classes and never left.

Good mates on site and high-end work to show for it. That’s the AMD way.

BLANCA | SITE UPDATE

Tylor takes us on site at BLANCA for the latest progress update.

Since the last visit, the team has completed the blockwork and core filling. Formwork is now being installed in preparation for the next level, with steel reinforcement scheduled to be brought in and laid across A, B, C, and D layers before the concrete pour follows.

The build is moving forward, stage by stage.
