We’re pleased to welcome Noah Scott-McDonald to RFF Australia.

Noah joins our planning team with strong experience across strategic planning, statutory planning, transport planning and project delivery, having worked with the City of Busselton, City of Perth and City of Bayswater.

His experience across structure planning, scheme amendments, urban growth areas, land supply, town centre planning, transport strategy and stakeholder engagement adds valuable depth to RFF’s planning capability.

Noah’s appointment also strengthens RFF’s permanent presence in the South West, expanding our reach across regional Western Australia and supporting our continued focus on delivering practical, place-based planning outcomes for communities, government and project partners.

As RFF continues to grow across WA, we’re excited to have Noah on board and look forward to the contribution he will make to our clients, our projects and our team.
