There are two types of 'stuck' in business, and they look completely different from the inside.

One is loud, chaotic and everything's piling up and you can't quite see the way through.

The other is quieter and honestly, sneakier. You know what you need to do, you've known for a while but you're just not doing it.

I've been in both and last week reminded me of that pretty clearly.

Here’s my bold statement for January...

Women in business aren’t burning out because they’re “doing too much”.�They’re burning out because they’re doing everything manually.

Repetitive tasks, admin, content, scheduling, client communication... the list goes on.

It’s outdated, it’s not necessary and it’s definitely not sustainable.�Please stop playing like it’s 2019, the world has moved on.

I’ll be talking more about this over the coming weeks/months but just know, if you’re exhausted and feel like you’re drowning in mundane repetitive tasks, it’s not you. It’s your systems… and the good news is, it’s fixable.
