BEFORE YOU RISE… Think About Day 4
If you’re feeling the pull to attend Tony Robbins’ Time to Rise (Jan 29–31), I want to say this clearly:
Go.
Go and let it challenge your thinking.
Go and let it wake you up.
Go and let it remind you of who you know you can be.
I’ve been to Tony Robbins’ 3-day live events twice 😍
Both times, I was lit. Energised. Expanded. Certain that everything was possible.
And then…
The week after came.
The emails piled up.
The routine crept back in.
The body that wasn’t conditioned for that level of energy got tired.
The mind that wasn’t trained to operate at that level started negotiating.
What made it worse wasn’t the crash.
It was this quiet knowing:
“I can do more. I can be more. But I don’t know how to sustain it.”
That’s the part no one really prepares you for.
The event gives you the spark.
But momentum?
That requires capacity — nervous system capacity, mental conditioning, and physiological support.
So let me ask you something:
What’s your plan for Day 4?
When the music stops.
When the adrenaline drops.
When the high can no longer carry you.
Because motivation alone won’t.
And willpower definitely won’t.
This is exactly where I step in.
On the fourth day, post-event, I support women like you to:
• Stabilise the energy instead of crashing
• Integrate insights into your real life
• Train your body and mind to hold the level you touched
• Turn inspiration into embodied change
Not hype.
Not another push.
But integration.
If Time to Rise is calling you, honour that call. It will ignite you.
And if you don’t want this to be another powerful experience that fades…
✨ I’ve opened a small number of post-event Strategy Sessions for women who want to sustain what they awaken.
This is a quiet, grounded conversation only— not coaching on the spot — to explore how to turn insight into sustainable change.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to book a private session here:

No pressure.
Just a conversation about how you want to move forward — Intentionally 🚀
Because rising is one thing.
Staying there is another.

✨The 3 Pillars of Stress: Narrative, Biological, Environmental✨
📉Narrative Stress – The Weight of the “Invisible Years”
In our society, women between 40 and 60 are often caught in the “Sandwich Generation” squeeze – simultaneously caring for aging parents and supporting growing children (or young adults), all while reaching the peak of their professional careers and trying to find time for relationships.
The “Invisible Tax” of Caretaking
Narrative stress is the internal dialogue created by these external pressures. It is the feeling of being “on call” for everyone else while your own needs are pushed to the bottom of the list. For the Ageless Generation, this isn’t just a time management issue; it is a longevity issue. When your brain perceives a constant state of being “needed” or “pressured”, it stays in a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state.
The Biological Cost of the Narrative:
- Cognitive Load: constant multitasking fragments your focus and leads to “brain fog”, which many women mistake for permanent cognitive decline.
- Emotional Exhaustion: when you live for others, your “joy receptor” (for dopamine and serotonin) can become desensitized, leading to a loss of vitality.
- The identity Shift: the stress of wondering “What is next for me?” can create a psychological state of anxiety that prevents the body from entering the deep rest require for cellular regeneration.
Question: When was the last time you made a decision solely for your own vitality, without considering the schedule or needs of someone else? If you can’t remember, your “Narrative Stress” is likely high, keeping your body in a state of depletion.
Integrated Lens: In my Integrated Longevity practice, we don’t just look at your bloodwork; we look at your lifework. To truly master longevity, we must rewrite the narrative from “self-sacrifice” to “self-stewardship”. You cannot age vibrantly while under the weight of an outdated story.
