It takes courage to call out poor behaviour.. 💪

We have all been there… feeling helpless and frustrated as a bully gets their way, intimidates, belittles or takes advantage of others. 😠

BUT in a time where our values have been reprioritised and bumped up the importance ladder, people should feel empowered to call out 📣 and stand against rubbish behaviour. 🚫

The next time you find your self in a situation which sets your hair on edge:
1) STOP WALKING…. Stay true to your values.

2) Consider how you raise it. Not everything needs to be aired publically and a private conversation may be best for everyone.
If you are unsure, speak to your HR team or a trusted confidant for guidance.

3) Stand tall! You set a new standard.
