No matter the age or experience level, Box Femme caters for all.

Be like Xyla Rose, a 9 year old pocket rocket who had the guts to come to a boxing class with 39 other women (a lot older than her might I add), to box her little heart out.

Hell, that takes confidence, discipline and a lot of drive. Stepping out of your comfort zone is the only way you are going to grow as a person.

Get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. That's when life truely begins.

To think a year ago Box Femme didn’t exist and now it’s a solid tribe, empowering and bringing women together through the art of boxing 🥊

I’m so grateful to am able to share this passion of mine with so many humans and to see everyone’s faces light up when they finally get to experience this powerful sport ❤️
