A fantastic evening at the Women and Girls Sailing Forum at Mordialloc Sailing Club.

It was a pleasure to speak about hormonal health across the female lifespan with such an engaged group of sailors. We had a wonderful mix of women and girls from windsurfers and off-the-beach sailors to keelboat and tall ship crews, all sharing a passion for sailing.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make it such a successful event promoting women and girls in sailing.
