🚨 Update from Australia Post 🚨

😭 Expect delays!

We spent almost an hour yesterday on the phone with Australia Post, begging the automated robots to let us speak with a human to try and resolve the concern around packages and orders going MIA.

We were told to expect delays and sit tight, and that packages aren't missing until 10 days after their expected arrivals.

This is exactly why we get tracking on our orders and for higher value items, you pay more in shipping, to insure the orders in case they don't arrive.

It's still an upward battle and absolute inconvenience but hey, Auspost are overwhelmed by everyone's online shopping at this time of year so we have to cut them some slack.

Thanks for supporting small businesses, trust me when I say we feel the guilt and hardship when things don't go according to plan, especially when we bust our butts to do our best by you guys
