Rob Flux
Personal Mentor

With over 35 years property experience, Rob is a key influencer, educator and mentor in the property development space, running Australia’s largest property networking group – Property Developer Network.

Having already reached financial freedom himself, Rob now spends much of his time giving back to his community, with a personal mission of setting 1,000 people financially free by the year 2030.

Rob works with Alejandro and the team at UPPER PROPERTIES in a 1-on-1 mentoring capacity, ensuring that maximum value is able to be achieved out of each and every one of UPPER PROPERTIES’s projects.

Lucy Huanca
Commercial Relationship Manager

Lucy loves animals and her passion for helping others is also reflected in fostering animals in need.

She loves connecting with people as her personality is very easygoing

Lucy has 3 little kids. She loves days out with the kids, taking them to play in different places every time.

Lucy comes from a family of engineers. It encourages her to select civil engineering as her loved career.

Lucy has over 10 years’ experience as a Civil Engineer working in business development and tendering sector for large infrastructure projects.

She has been involved in the pricing and ex*****on of projects over $50m. She has experience working directly with public and private entities, contractors, subcontractors, and any other business partners to create joint ventures for the ex*****on of iconic projects for the community.

Her strongest asset is her ability to communicate with people to listen and find the way to help, this allowed her to easily bring people together to achieve great outcomes together.
