'LOVE' is the word for this creative design project for My Mumma Mantras.
Created by Clinical Psychologist, Hannah Sloan this project was conceived from a desire to support mums, particularly new mums adjusting to motherhood and all the changes that entails. With sleep deprivation, lifestyle changes and significant pressures on new mums it can be difficult for many to maintain a healthy mindset and remain well.
These cards address some of the key areas where many mums experience negative thoughts, such as body image, shifting identity and adjusting to change.
It is hoped that through regular repetition of these simple and purposeful affirmations mums can experience kinder self thoughts, start to accept change and let go of worries.
I loved working with Hannah in the creation and development of this wonderful project. ❤️☺️
