5. The attributes of conditioning and suffering that no longer serve you.

6. Recognise the lesson and gift of the quality that has brought you to this place of wholeness and healing.

7. Speak to your soul and acknowledge your readiness to embody the virtue of self- compassion and Compassion (The Buddha perspective and definition).

8. Place Zen Orb in your hand and feel the presence that is elicited.

9. Place the Zen Orb to your heart, take a deep breath in and silence your mind with the following purifying Mantra: OM MANI PADME HUM. Repeat this mantra whilst holding Zen Orb/s.

10. Allow Zen Orb, your highest self, your intention and this action of healing invoke the changes from within.
