From Investigation to Completion 🔨

What started as a plumbing issue uncovered a much larger problem beneath the slab.

Damaged hydraulic pipework, originally installed on uncompacted fill, had caused a prolonged leak beneath the building. Over time, the water erosion created voids under the slab, requiring a carefully managed remediation process.

Scope of Works Included:
✔ Site establishment and safety controls
✔ Demolition and access creation
✔ Hydro-excavation of compromised fill
✔ Removal of affected wall sections
✔ Replacement of damaged sub-slab pipework
✔ Decontamination works
✔ Reinstatement of wall penetrations and finishes
✔ Practical completion and handover
