One thing has become very clear: digital confidence is no longer optional. It's becoming essential for independence, connection, safety, and everyday life.

That's what inspired me to write; Digital Confidence Matters – 5 Reasons Why.

It's the first book in a series designed to help people understand why digital confidence matters and why supporting each other in the digital world is so important.

🚨 NDIS APP UPDATE WARNING 🚨

If you or someone you support uses the my NDIS app, there’s an important update happening.

📱 The current version of the app will stop working after Sunday, 31 May.

✅ If automatic app updates are turned ON:
You probably don’t need to do anything.

⚠️ If automatic updates are OFF:
You’ll need to manually update the app before Sunday to keep using it.

How to update:

1. Open the my NDIS app
2. Follow the update prompt that appears
—or—
3. Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and update it manually

This is a good reminder to:
✔️ Check your apps are up to date
✔️ Turn on automatic updates where possible
✔️ Help family members or clients who may not see these notices

Small digital maintenance = fewer tech headaches later 💜
