MAKE SURE YOUR ELECTRICIAN TESTS THEIR WORK!
After going out to replace a few power points at this rental before it hit the market, I tested the circuit afterwards (as every electrician is required to) which is where I found the RCD (safety switch) not operating correctly. Which lead me back to finding that it was wired incorrectly in the switchboard meaning that this rental for all this time did not have a safety switch protecting any of the circuits in the house. Which is very dangerous for those living in the house & could have been a very expensive procedure for the landlord as they could’ve became liable for any injuries occurred!

This client only had 3 out of 10 downlights working in her main entertaining area so we replaced the old halogen downlights here & throughout the rest of the townhouse with new energy efficient LED downlights, instantly brightening up the whole space 💡
