Happy 80th Birthday, Christine! It's been a long time since I've gotten to play with fondant and I really love flower making. This beauty had a chocolate mud bottom tier with chocolate ganache and the top tier was vanilla butter cake with Caramilk ganache, vanilla buttercream and caramel filling. 🤤

Happy 18th Birthday to Indi who celebrated last weekend with a celestial themed party. Her mum organised a white chocolate mud cutting cake with whipped white ganache filling, red velvet cupcakes, and vegan chocolate cupcakes. I managed to fit three “constellations” on the cake although only one is visible in the picture. (Can anyone guess which one it is?!)
