Here we've got Koop Mcallop in his 2nd month of pre-season resistantce training where the main focus is on Max Strength. Here we're working on some heavy 3x3 Trap Bar Deadlifts, followed by some heavy Trap Bar isometric holds. Studies have shown that loading tendons with heavy isometrics assists in building thendon-elasticity, ultimatelt resulting in more explosiveness. Koop finished the session with some posterior chain hypertrophy.
