THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! Please read the one star reviews- I wish I did before I lost $1200!!
They refuse to communicate to solve issues, and advised me to take them to consumer affairs if I was unhappy- which has left my family without a place to stay over Easter.
Absolutely disgusting scammers who I will refer to consumer affairs (along with the multitude of others that have done the same). DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately Megan, did not avail herself of the information provided over the 2 months before her booking. Our driver was expected to deliver a very large van to a hillside location where site was not suitable. Our driver is not allowed to locate the caravan to a sloping grass site where the caravan would be a risk to lives and property. It clearly states on the webpage
"2. Your delivery site must be flat and hard-sealed. Vans and towing vehicles have very low clearance. If the site is unsuitable, we cannot deliver the caravan, and you will need to choose an alternative. You are not entitled to a refund if the site is found unsuitable by our driver, for any reason."
Megan did not provide an alternative site for delivery which was an acceptable site. Megan still has not provided an alternative acceptable site for the Caravan to be sited so that her family can stay over Easter which is next week,
Megan prefers to leave a google review which does little to provide a site where we can locate her booked caravan to.
To all of our potential customers, please ensure you read the information we provide on our website before booking. Read the information we provide in a quote before booking.
