A lighter urban residential feel defines this project, with a simple and practical interior palette suited to townhouse living. Pale timber, soft greys, warm neutral furnishings and clean bathroom finishes come together to create spaces that feel bright, relaxed and easy to maintain.

The interiors are deliberately calm and uncluttered, allowing the bedrooms and living areas to feel open despite the more compact format. The visualisation work focuses on the clarity of the layout, the natural light through the main rooms, and the connection between the living area and balcony outlook — while the exterior images draw on a graphic façade treatment and evening atmosphere to give the project a stronger lifestyle identity.
