One of the most common things I hear in clinic?
“But my blood tests were normal…”

Yet you’re still exhausted, bloated, anxious, struggling with skin flare-ups, painful periods, headaches, low mood, or feeling like something just isn’t right.

This is where looking at optimal health markers can make a huge difference.

As a naturopath, I look at the bigger picture:
- Nutrient levels
- Hormones
- Gut health
- Stress & nervous system function
- Inflammation markers
- Patterns between symptoms and pathology

Because “normal” doesn’t always mean you’re thriving.

You deserve to feel heard, supported, and your symptoms properly investigated.

Reach out if you have any questions, I’d love to support you 💌

Omega-3 fatty acids are vital for optimal health have many benefits for your body and brain including reducing inflammation, improving skin health, and improving brain health and development in pregnancy and early childhood.

The Heart Foundation recommends Australians should aim for 2–3 serves of oily fish per week to get approx 250–500 mg of marine-sourced omega-3s (EPA + DHA) per day. *wild caught is best where possible*

Plant-based foods high in omega-3 fats include algae, seed oils and nuts.

Hot tip: try adding chia seeds and flaxseed oil to cereal, oats, smoothies and h**p or flaxseed oil to homemade salad dressings 👌🏼
