My New Favourite High-Protein Dessert… 🤯( 38g Protein)

Over 38g of protein, just 338 calories, made with a handful of simple ingredients, and it’s so creamy you’d never believe it’s diet-friendly. 🍦💪

Ingredients:
• 160g (5.6 oz) baby pineapple, chopped
• 200ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) 2% milk
• 60ml (¼ cup) pasteurized egg whites
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp xanthan gum

Method:

1. Add everything to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
2. Freeze for 14–18 hours.
3. Run the container under hot water for 30 seconds.
4. Process on the Ninja Creami Light Ice Cream setting.
5. Re-spin once for the perfect creamy texture and enjoy!

The Viral Rice Paper Bites With Over 36g Protein 😱

Simple ingredients, ridiculously crispy, and perfect when you’re craving something crunchy without blowing your calories.

Macros (per serving):
🔥 283 Calories
💪 36.3g Protein
🥟 16.5g Carbs
🥑 4.2g Fat

Ingredients:

* 3 rice paper sheets
* 1 medium chicken breast (ground)
* Salt
* Black pepper
* Garlic powder
* Rosemary
* Chilli flakes

Instructions:

1. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and chilli flakes to the ground chicken and mix well.
2. Dip each rice paper sheet in water for only 30 seconds.
3. Add about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned chicken to the rice paper.
4. Spread the chicken evenly using your hands.
5. Roll tightly into a log.
6. Air fry at 180°C (355°F) for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
