Women in the West Summit 2026 ✨🚀 Community Panel Announced!

Jess Manov, Metro Fresh Findon, Lily West Floral Designers
Jess Manov is a third-generation family business leader, entrepreneur, and manager of Metro Fresh Findon, helping drive the growth of one of Adelaide’s most established independent fresh produce retailers. She is also the founder of Lily West Florist and owner of Thirty Five Stirling café. As a mother of two, she is committed to making a positive impact through business, leadership, and community involvement.

Pru Raymond, Dear Pru
Pru Raymond is an Australian knitwear designer, teacher, and writer who is passionate about sustainability and ethical fashion. Through her unique knitting patterns, workshops, and retreats, she encourages people to embrace slower fashion by creating their own clothing and accessories. Pru is renowned for her engaging knitting classes and expertise in techniques such as Fair Isle, Mosaic, and Brioche, with her workshops regularly selling out across Australia and attracting international audiences.

Jana Le, Mind to Mind PsychologyJana Le is a psychologist, supervisor, business owner, and Co-Director of Mind to Mind Psychology. A first-generation Vietnamese Australian, she draws on her experience navigating cultural influences, family expectations, and different definitions of success to bring a thoughtful and authentic perspective to leadership. A finalist in the 2026 Women in the West Awards, she is driven by the belief that success should be achieved without losing sight of who we are.
