FIU Law faced off against the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) today on Day 3 of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition. FIU Law acted as claimant represented by Megan Labgold (3L) and Melissa Gonzalez (2L). The two teams are pictured here with the tribunal.

The International Commercial Arbitration Vis Moot Opening Ceremony. There is a record 372 teams from around the world (more than 89 countries!) competing at this moot. It is quite the event!

Be sure to attend this meeting this Thursday to learn about ILSA’s Jessup competition. FIU Law has done very well the past two years, and the team is only going to get better!
