**STRAWBERRY DUMPLINGS**
Strawberry season has officially begun in Austria. Brace yourself for lots of strawberry recipes from my side;)
What better way to celebrate this wonderful fruit than with some amazing strawberry dumplings aka ̈del! 🍓🍓🍓
Not only is this recipe super tasty, but also a bit unconventional, since I use tofu as a substitute for cream cheese. I know it sounds weird, but trust me, it's so good! The tofu will give the dumplings a very light and fluffy texture. 😎
