MANUEL ESSL DESIGN

Hey Fashionistas!🫶🏻
It’s long overdue to give you an update. Sorry for being so quiet here in the past two months.

It was a difficult time after closing the store, and It was/is hard for me to get back into MANUEL ESSL DESIGN, not gonna lie. I felt exhausted, empty.. not because of closing the store, but because in the past almost nine years I have absolutely overblown my limits. Closing the store was the right thing to do, to get a change in my life.

Unfortunately I didn’t rest. I tried but I simply can’t do that. I focused on other creative projects (like my fashion magazine that I‘m really passionate about). The MANUEL ESSL DESIGN Online Shop is still up and running*, I have a private atelier (come and visit via appointment.. photos coming soon), and I’m also back at the sewing machine. However, I’m not ready yet to create new things again. I’ll be back, but I’ll take things more free at this time.❤️

There were also a couple of things happening after I closed the store end of January which absolutely wore me down. Cut story short, I was fooled by my landlord. I wanted to talk about this, but I just felt empty whenever I had to deal with this, so I tried to get over it (not so successful).
