Three milestones, one goal: CO₂-reduced steel from 2027. 🏗️ The microtunnel for the 220-kV power supply is complete, the HBI plant for the electric arc furnace is under construction, and our kilometer-long pneumatic tube system is being modernized to ensure quality for greentec steel. 💚

Starting July 13, the completely redesigned voestalpine Stahlwelt opens its doors once again. ✨ On five newly designed levels, an interactive experience all about steel, innovation and technology awaits our visitors – from surprising exhibits to digital installations. Since its opening in 2009, 750.000 guests have already experienced the Stahlwelt.

Up to 20 tons – transferred onto a contact surface no bigger than a 1-cent coin. 🚆 These are the forces our premium rails have to withstand every day. For the Koralm Railway project, we installed 120 tons of rail per kilometer – more than 34,000 tons in total across the entire route. 💪
