OFF-SITE is a small, construction and steel framing materials distribution company, based in Buenos Aires. We manufacture “packages” of dry construction walls, which are later transported to the jobsite and positioned according to plans. As a light gauge steel builder, we offer three types of construction “packages”:

A) BASIC ENCLOSURE (OBRA GRIS)
B) BASIC ENCLOSURE PLUS (OBRA GRIS PLUS)
C) TURNKEY (OBRA LLAVE EN MANO)

A) BASIC ENCLOSURE: this package consists in supplying exterior walls in light gauge steel and components, as well as interior partitions and ceiling in drywall. A reinforced concrete floor slab can also be provided, along with the necessary earth movement. If a steel frame floor structure, on pilotis, is preferred, this is also a possibility. This package also includes a light steel roof with insulation and flashing components.

B) BASIC ENCLOSURE PLUS: This option is made up of the Basic Enclosure package plus additional tasks requested by the owner ie electrical, plumbing installations, window, door fitting, fixed furniture, varied finishes, etc.

C) TURNKEY: In this Light Gauge Steel alternative, our company is the sole construction company working on the project, from start to finish. All of the general products used meet quality and performance regulations and norms. In addition, we present the Customer with suggestions of finishes and products according to specific design criteria, cost expectations, etc.Windows/doors, finishes, bathroom fixtures, fixed furniture, etc. for a Fixed Price.
