❗ 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Deliver customer service through online and phone support
• Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors
• Provide detailed information about procedures, payments and requests
• Contact and work closely with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

❗𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Very Good knowledge of Russian and English languages both written and verbal
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure (from time to time)
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ability to be patient and understanding
• Experience in the field is a plus
• Willingness to work from 𝟭𝟲:𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟰:𝟬𝟬 (transportation is free, schedule will be flexible in the future)
