Post: Diploma Architect/Civil (Drafting)

Job Responsibilities
Uses AUTO CAD to develop engineering projects information.
Conceives, designs, plans and constructs computer models for new or modified structures.
Works closely with Project Managers to set-up and manage contract drawings.
Create and/or modify base drawings, which may be used in a variety of presentation documents.
Makes final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.
Sketches rough layout of structure and computes angles, weights, surface areas, dimensions, radii, clearances, tolerances, leverages, and all other pertinent variables.
Utilizes knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings.
Drafts detailed multi view drawings of required project specifics.
Interprets customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and add Performs project support tasks to ensure project delivery on time, on budget and in scope.
Preparation of Authority drawings.

Educational Requirements
Diploma in Architecture/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D

Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements: Age 25 to 45 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply.
Fully Knowledge and Skill in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Sketchup
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Have knowledge about interior design and concept design
Good Knowledge Architectural Drawings, Structural Drawing, Section & Elevation
Experience of processing clearance from different authorities will be added advantage.
