Cameras need to be protected against the severe cold weather either in warm pouch or the interior pockets of your clothing. Do not keep in your backpack at higher elevations. A selection of lenses will aid the final results although weight and bulk will obviously influence your selection. A polarized or neutral density filter is recommended, as is slide film rather than print.

T.U.F.F. is a revolutionary freestyle routine dramatically changes the shape of one’s body through a three dimensional plane utilising 50 per cent bodyweight and 50 per cent barbell or weight exercises. The optimum combination decreases body fat and increases lean muscle tissue to give the body a chiseled look.

The Shira route is another path that approaches Kilimanjaro from the west, and it is nearly identical to the Lemosho route. Climbers begin their hike from 11,800 feet (3,600 m) and spend their first night at the same elevation at Simba Camp. Then, the route merges with Lemosho and follows the southern circuit route.
