Pineapple-Mint sorbet in the making... 🍍🌱
Not from any kinda mint, from a mint planted and raised by heart and soul 🤣
Yup thats N's beloved mint pot😜

Cur the pineapple in cubes, let it freeze for 2 hours.
Blend the frozen pineapples with a hand blender together with the mint.
Serve immediately or keep in the freezer to be served later...
