An exceptional opportunity is available for elegant, service-driven, and adaptable Junior Stewardesses to join an experienced hospitality team supporting a prestigious Private Residence and Private Yacht based in the stunning surroundings of Sardinia, Italy.

This unique seasonal role is ideal for candidates from a luxury hospitality background who are passionate about delivering impeccable guest experiences within an ultra-high-net-worth environment.

🔹 The Role:
✔ Providing refined Food & Beverage service within the Private Residence and onboard the Yacht
✔ Maintaining housekeeping, laundry, and guest areas to the highest luxury standards
✔ Ensuring service areas and equipment are impeccably clean and well organised
✔ Assisting with light meal preparation and guest requests
✔ Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations
✔ Delivering warm, discreet, and personalised service at all times

🔹 Candidate Requirements:
✔ 1–5 years of experience within 5-Star luxury hotels, private households, yachts, or luxury hospitality environments
✔ Good English communication skills are essential
✔ An additional European, Balkan, or CIS language is highly advantageous
✔ Polished, positive, and professional presentation
✔ Flexible, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail
✔ Available to start as soon as possible
✔ Must already have the legal right to work in Europe
✔ Willingness to travel when required

💎 Package & Benefits:
• Salary: €2,500 – €3,000 per month
• Accommodation, meals, laundry, and uniform provided
• Flights to Sardinia and return flights to original departure destination included
• 1 day off per week
