In this episode of TaxSimplified by MMJS Consulting, Arjun Singh, Senior Manager – Transfer Pricing, explains why benchmark studies need to be refreshed regularly, when a full comparables search may be required, and what businesses across the GCC should do to stay aligned with evolving transfer pricing expectations.

Whether you're operating in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, or the wider GCC, understanding these requirements can help keep your transfer pricing documentation robust, defensible, and audit-ready.
