I am not saying you shouldn't visit a chiropractor, but since studies have shown a spinal manipulation wasn't any more effective than working out for acute low back pain. Why not try the options that don't require us to swipe our credit cards? What do you think?

It's time for us to realise our health is part of who we are & if we want us to be at our best health, doing few push ups in the morning or smoothies with kale in it Won't beenough. We ill have to change who we are too.
