Dubai-based investor and strategist since 2016 with AED 900M+ in property sales and 300+ investors supported. Philip brings fintech acumen and deep UAE real estate expertise, having built and led a 40+ broker team and actively invested across multiple Dubai assets. He is also a shareholder in Solidere International, a middle eastern real estate investment firm.

Partner & Brand Strategy Director
A real estate professional with an academic foundation in business law and commercial banking law through UCL, specializing in global property investment, development, and ultra-prime sales. With a family background rooted in prominent real estate investments across the East Coast of the United States, he brings both institutional perspective and hands-on market experience to the UAE’s luxury property sector.

Over the past year, he has closed and led transactions exceeding AED 100M, focusing on prime and ultra-high-end residential assets while advising international investors entering the UAE market. He has also overseen development-related projects and strategic initiatives associated with more than USD 250 million in property transactions across multiple markets
