Job Overview
JPM Associates is looking for a skilled and result-driven Operations Manager to lead manpower supply operations across multiple client locations. The candidate should have strong experience in workforce coordination, client handling, and operational management within the manpower supply or staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily manpower supply and workforce operations
Manage employee deployment, attendance, transportation, and accommodation
Coordinate manpower allocation based on client requirements
Maintain strong client relationships and handle operational concerns efficiently
Supervise site supervisors, coordinators, and support staff
Prepare operational reports, workforce plans, and performance updates
Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce mobilization activities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
5–8 years of experience in manpower supply, staffing, or facility management operations

UAE industry experience is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of labor supply operations and workforce planning
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting
UAE driving license is preferred
