Dubai removed the AED 750,000 threshold for property visa eligibility
But it’s not that simple
Now the visa depends not only on the property price, but on the conditions:
— the property must be completed
— a Title Deed is required
— for joint ownership, each share is calculated separately
For example: a property worth AED 600K with only 30% paid will not qualify, while a fully registered studio for AED 520K can already be eligible
