With more than 20 years of experience across Colombia, the United States, Poland, and the United Arab Emirates, Willie brings extensive expertise in developing goalkeepers within elite youth academies and professional football environments.

Recognized for his modern and individualized coaching approach, Willie combines technical development, tactical understanding, mental performance, physical conditioning, and video analysis to help goalkeepers maximize their potential.

Specializing in goalkeeper development, performance analysis, mental preparation, and pathway progression to elite football, Willie is committed to helping players reach the highest standards of the game.

Meet Zela Langwa Assistant Coach at Select Generation Dubai.

A former professional footballer, Coach Zela's career took him across Italy, Germany, and Spain, where he competed in highly demanding football environments and gained valuable experience at the professional level.

Following his playing career, he founded one of Canada's leading high-performance football academies, helping develop over 100 professional players across both the men's and women's game.

Specializing in technical development, position-specific training, and individual player progression, Coach Zela is passionate about helping players reach their potential through elite standards, professionalism, and a growth-focused mindset.
