The newly designed EMARA TAX portal will be available to use from 5th December 2022, 8 AM onwards.

The variety of new advances this portal will bring will be very advantageous from individual taxpayers to various organizations.

Here are the key points:

1. As of today the existing portal will no longer be available however key forms used by importers/exporters shall be available till 5th December.

2. On 5th December, all registered tax payers shall get a notification on their registered email addresses to reset their passwords.

3. The Emaratax will be launched together with a mobile app, which will allow tx registrations, payments, refunds and much more

4. It is expected that the current users need to spend 3 hours approximately to understand the new system.
