Job Title: Business Development Engineer / Project Manager (Commission-Based)

​Job Description:
​We are a growing Technical Services company in Dubai specializing in Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing, Fit-out, and General Building Maintenance. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Project Manager / Engineer who can independently secure new maintenance contracts and projects.
​The ideal candidate will be responsible for bringing in new business, negotiating with clients, preparing quotations, and overseeing the ex*****on of the projects.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Secure new maintenance and contracting projects (villas, buildings, offices, and retail shops) across the UAE.
​Conduct site inspections to understand project requirements.
​Prepare accurate cost estimations and professional quotations.
​Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate, and property management companies.
​Supervise the technician team to ensure high-quality work delivery.
​Requirements:
​Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the UAE Technical Services / Facilities Management market.
​Network: Must have an existing network of clients, sub-contractors, or property managers to generate leads.
​Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (having a personal car is a plus).
​Skills: Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage).
​Deep understanding of material and labor costs in the UAE market.
