November and December flew by with a whirlwind of events, conferences, and awards ceremonies. Notably, the .space awards were unforgettable. What an incredible night celebrating the strides our region has made in workplace mental health! There’s still progress to be made, and perfection isn’t the goal, but it’s clear we’ve come a long way. was recognised with three trophies for our ELEMENTS programme, which supports five key areas for mental health.
